my 1990 300zx twin turbo stumbles below 4000rpm.?
my wireing harness is brand new.the cam sensor broke and was leaking oil even though it was leaking the car started and was fine,i replaced thethe sensor then the car started to stumble below 4000rpm they told me that it could be the maf sensor send to check it was good then they told me to check the codes on the computer there was no error sent the computer to check also fine,checked spark plugs the coils wireing ,the idle everythings seems to be fine the motor was rebuilt everthing new from piston,rods bearing to custom arp studs,after 4000rpm the car seems fine but below 4rpm stumbles bad i let go of the gas pedal it hesitates and shuts off can you help me ,thank for your time
Variable intake camshaft timing solenoid located on the back of each head? Cam sensor is located on the left exhaust camshaft sprocket (no oil) . Either your engine is not in time because the timing belt jumped a tooth or two or there is a air leak between the air flow meter and the engine. Twin turbos have lots of plumbing that could blow off or crack. Also make sure the idle switch portion of the throttle posistion sensor is adjusted and working properly.
