(Asking pro wrestler or wrestler in wrestling school) How do pro wrestlers practice ariel maneuvers?
I am preparing to go into a pro wrestling school and I have a question to pro wrestlers or at least people that have been through wrestling school. Now when I am asking this question I'm not meaning how do pro wrestler practice a moonsault because anyone that has watched the first WWE Tough Enough show on MTV. What I mean when I am asking this question is like how do wrestler create/practice ariel maneuvers like corkscrew 450° splash, 630° Senton, Somersault corkscrew leg drop and somersault corkscrew sentons. Is there a foam pit/ring that they use? Or is it like a trampoline?
If you can answer this question for me it would be great because this has been bugging me for a while now.

Well I'm a big guy so I haven't learned anything about top rope moves yet and I don't know how much I'll learn seeing that's not the style I'm going to use. My advice to you though is to not say anything about moves unless your asked once you start training. Guys get pissed when they think your only worried about performing "spots" insted of learning how to wrestle. Also, if you have a gimmick in mind, great but also keep that to yourself until asked. By the way, what school are you going to?
