I fell and broke my wrist on 1/15/10. 2 bones. I had emergency surgury 1/22 and I have screws?

and a stainless steel plate thing. it's healing well, and they took the cast off 8 days ago. I can already swim and type with the fingers, but I can not bend my wrist.- well 1/2 way forward, but not back at all. I am doing constant excercize, but I am afraid of being crippled. and I have not healthcare so can't afford the phys therapy. any insight?? thank you all.

You seem intelligent and know about business, so maybe there would be a chance to sue the place you received the injury at for medical damages. If it was on the street, you could see if you have any coverages that apply. You can also apply for medical assistance from your state of residence for continuing care, too.
