What should i do.......?
Okay i got tennis practice today and im on my period. Its not a big flow right now but i wore a big pad just in case since i will be jumping and running alot. Im wearing red sweat pants to the practice and they are kind of tight on me. But anyway when i turn around i noticed that you could see that my underwear is kind of big or something. But im going to try not to worry too much about it.
The main problem is, it is 88 degrees Fahrenheit and there is reallyyy a lot of moisture in the air since its Florida. Last time i was sooo hot i felt like i couldnt breath. What should i do this time to ease that?? and i got this little fan that you put around your neck if you're hot but i dont think that is any good since the fan is going to bounce with me.
I would try to avoid going to practice, tell your coach your feel really sick.
