Magic the Gathering 8th Edition Core Set Heavy Hitter Improvement?
Hi the Magic players,
I'm a semi-starter started playing last year, I have basic knowledge of Magic, but kinda foggy on the whole independant deck construction part... I've taken great interest in the beefy aspect of magic. Good ol' fashion beatdown deck. The 8th Edition Heavy Hitter deck consist of the following...
Magic 8th Edition Heavy Hitter:
2 Elvish Pioneers
1 Fyndhorn Elder
2 Lone Wolf
2 Wood Elves
2 Hunted Wumpus
1 Nantuko Disciple
2 Spined Wurm
1 Llanowar Behemoth
1 Primeval Force
1 Rhox
2 Giant Growth
1 Naturalize
2 Rampant Growth
1 Wing Snare
1 Lure
1 Rod of Ruin
17 Forest
Total 40
Rule of Magic say you're allowed up to 60 cards total maximum, I don't know I need 20 more and I don't know what else to fill in...
Please help~
Thank You Very Much
Firstly, 60 cards is the bare minimum for most decks.
Look at the card Battle of Wits: "At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have 200 or more cards in your library, you win the game."
This is a tournement leagal card, and would be neigh-impossible to use if the max was 60. Technically speaking, there is no max deck size. You just have to be able to shuffle it quickly and easily.
Second, I have little skill with helping others' decks without being able to actually hold the cards, but the M:tG forums have a deckbuilding section you should check out.
