Are Symphony flutes a good brand or are they just an off brand?¿?

i am thinking of buying it off ebay here what it says about it...

Ergonomic design for a comfortable feel and ease of play
A superior head joint for bigger sound with excellent projection
Beveled, undercut embouchure hole for a sensitive response and accurate intonation
Precision drawn and rolled tone holes for richly warm tones, balanced harmonics and deep resonance
Power forged keys for durability, fast action and outstanding playability
Superior pads and cork bumpers for quieter action and a lighter touch
Special features include:
A split-E mechanism for clearer high E
An offset-G for easier reach
A low C roller
Beautiful gold plated keys, lip and crown accentuate a perfect high luster hand polished silver plated finish
Accessories included with this model include plush hard shell carrying case, cleaning rod, protective end caps and plastic hole plugs

This is NOT a real flute brand. Do NOT buy this. Unless you are an EXPERT, do not buy flutes off ebay! Instead, see if you can locate a Yamaha, Pearl or Jupiter - used would be great! The above specs are fine - unless you want open holes (although it does not say it has them, it DOES include plugs . . .)and a low B foot. The gold plating on the keys is so thin, it will WIPE off! Most manufacturers do not make nickel-pated flutes anymore, since nickel is too slippery to hole - looks nice, feels awful.
