Any punk drummers here? Well I need an easy piece to perform and would like suggestions.?
Well I haven't practiced in like a year well a little over and a friend of mine wanted us to perform together, now the last I practiced were those basic snare,bass and cymbal exercises and that's as far as I go for now.
I don't have a lot of free time to practice to get any further so if anyone has some good piece that is easy to play to like elevator by boxcar racer, I'm learning that one now.
Preference: 4/4 and something simple with snare, bass and cymbals
if not possible then whatever you think is easy to perform.

Why do you think I need a punk band? Cause I love punk, I probably know more punk bands than you do. I just need ideas on easy drum pieces, I don't need band names!!!!!
check out rancid, nofx, the ramones, rage against the machine, anti- flag, bouncing souls, the clash, the offspring, dead milkmen (good band but it isn't punk though it feels sorta like it but then again) christain punk bands that don't sing about god... lost prophets and rise against. if you want 100% punk as real as it gets then you need to check out rancid, and the ramones, though the clash is real punk (all of those bands are) it sounds a little pop-ska-ish anyway ima tell you some good ska band names too since everyone who likes punkl ikes ska , choking victims, goldfinger (pop-ish ska), the aqua-bats and the vandals. i know this has nothing to do with punk but if you likemodest mouse youll like the beta band they rock (too bad they dont play anymore) p.s. i dont know if any of these bands are easy to drum since im not a drummer but they all kick a**
