Is there anyway you can put metal bands on a leather strap watch?
My leather strap for my tissot watch is all busted up, and I would rather buy a metal one that lasts longer and put that on there instead of another leather. Does anyone know if this is possible with normal metal straps or if there is a special type.

It's not possible. since the leather strap have different joints unlike metal strap.
