What are some good hair tips on how to grow hair fast? A half inch a month in a year. I want my hair at least 5 inches longer by December 2010. What common foods? Salmon, dark greens, etc and Hair management tips, like hair styles, etc, and hair products do you recommend? Include certain vitamins I should take too, to promote long healthy fast growing hair. after u wash ur hair normally everynight, when ur hair is still wet, get a E capsule pop it in ur hands and out through ur hair. it also tames frizzies. i know this works because i use it.
avoid hair straighteners and dyes.
massage ur head every night.
tip ur head upside down every day for 30 seconds.
excercise and healthy eating.
drink lots of water.
trim ur hair every 6 - 10 weeks to get rid of dead ends because they only make it grow slower.
hope this helps. i got my hair cut short and i hated it and i found all these things out and tried them and my hair has grown soooo fast in the past 6 mths.
