Why am I crying a lot?
for a while now, I have been crying at the drop of a hat. In tescos looking at cards, listening to music on the radio etc. I just get overwhelmed all of a sudden an start bibbing...
what is going on? I am not depressed, i have a fantastic bloke, I am moving into a brilliant new house, i have great friends and a brill social life... what is happening to me?

Happy things bring on tears as well of course. Thinking about being close to someone, a great holiday, an emotional football match, can all bring on tears of joy!
That's not to say that there may be some temporary stresses in your life. If you feel the need to cry it's usually best to let it - otherwise it will keep bottling up. Difficult to do in Tesco I know...
