Which Motherboard should I get for this CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, S775, 3.0 GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 6MB Cache ?

I want to upgrade my CPU, so am gonna buy this one:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, S775, 3.0 GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 6MB Cache.
But (1) am not sure if my current motherboard is compatible or not and (2) if it is NOT compatible, what type of motherboard should I look for ?
I have the ATI X1950 Pro Grafix card and 2 GB DDR RAM.
My motherboard Model is: D101GGC.
After reading the first 3 answers I got (thx alot btw), I have a new question:
If I get the P5N32-E SLI Motherboard, would my ATI Radeon gfx card work on it ? and what PSU would you recommend ?

The motherboard won't support the e8400, you'll need another (SKT 775, with support upto Quad core + 1333fsb). I'm using a P5N-SLI with an E6750 can't fault it.

Your obviously going to the extreme so are you planning on replacing you GPU aswell?
