Your dragon deck is very inconsistent. You really should pick only one type of dragon deck (this deck has several mashed together (being LV Dragon, Armed Dragon, Horus, and Blue-Eyes to say the least)). Let alone you don't have a lot of cards that make the best use of the dragon archetype. In any dragon deck I would always include (but not limited to):
Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon x 2 (at least)
Red-Eyes Wyvern x 2 (at least)
Five Headed Dragon
Future Fusion (note this card is limited, not semi-limited, would be nice though)
Dragon's Mirror
Now what I would recommend for you is to go with a with either a Horus Deck or a Armed Dragon deck, because you have a lot of LV support cards. I would not recommend doing them together as they don't work well with each other. I'm not going to give you two different deck lists as I don't have the time for it, but I will give you some key cards for each deck, and the both of them are going to be lockdown versions.
Horus:
Each of the levels (obviously) in the ascending ratio of 3, 2, and 2. (Limit Spells)
Royal Decree/Jinzo and Trap Stuns (Limit Traps)
Forbidden Chalice, My Body as a Shield, Book of Moon (Limit Effect Monsters)
Armed Dragon
Each of the levels in the ascending ratio of 2, 2, 1, 1 (side) (LV 7 and 10 can easily obliterate opponents field of monsters if dark simorgh is out)
Masked Dragon (search for LV 3)
Dark Simorgh (easy to Special summon as its easy to send wind and dark monsters to grave, prevents opponent from setting cards)
Anti-Spell Fragrence (makes both players set spells).
