What is the purpose of brushing if your going to brush at night?
i have braces and i brush anywhere from 4-5 times a day. what is the purpose of brushing all these times through the day if i brush at night too wont it all go away at the end of the day?

Braces make it easy for plaque and other stuff to build up. What's worse is this can happen in a very short period of time. Make sure you brush at least 3 times a day or you may be putting your teeth at undue risk of cavities.
