does clinique super city block make your face shiny?

im thinking about skipping the foundation or tinted moisturiser routine for summer and i have this clinique product at home thats apparently oil free. However does that mean it will make your face shiny throughout the day? do i need to set it with a powder? and can you wear it alone?

hi,no city block will not make your face shiny as it is oil free .It gives just a very light sheer coverage if you set it with a light veil of transucent powder it will last all day concentrating on the t-zone where we are a bit oilier .It is ideal for summer not too heavy and has a spf which is vital .hope this info helps :)
