Audio files on CD Running when inserted to computer but same file when copied to desktop not running?

I have a CD which have 2 audio files and size about 4 Kb and when I am inserting that disk to my computer and playing with window media player it is running and working fine I'm able hear everything in it.

But when I'm copying those files to my computer and the trying to run it its not working and window media player is unable to ply it..Help me Please.

You need to rip the files,
you can do it in winamp or in windows media player
There are so many ripping softwares available for free..
Just google it..
