How come the 'Allah' on a fish ( or goat or outer space or whatever) miracles are all in Arabic?
Seems to me that if 'Allah' is trying to convince people he should put these miracles in the language of the 'infidels' and that would certainly include English. So my task to you Muslims is to find 'Allah' in English on a fish. Any other religions want to convert one of my 1263 split personalities, find me a picture of a fish with the name of your deity on it. Or a goat. Or some moldy cheese. Whatever. Photoshop is acceptable but it's got to be somewhat decent. Audio is also acceptable.
